The BLP team utilizes a variety of skill sets to provide the level of consultation necessary to facilitate a wide array of lending requests.  Our group brings 30 years of experience in finance, investments, loan closings, credit analysis, and deal structure to each transaction.

 

The executive team has backgrounds in banking industries, management and sales positions.  Our CFO came from a boutique investment bank firm where he specialized in the introduction of small and mid-sized companies to institutional and high net worth investors, building invaluable relationships with Funds along the way.  

 

The company has an in-house senior analyst with years of credit knowledge in a range of sectors and economic markets.  The understanding of complicated commercial lending and real estate development scenarios provides our clients with peace of mind and necessary guidance throughout each transaction.   

 

BLP’s President and CEO have both experienced great success owning and managing their own companies in real estate lending and loan closings.  Their knowledge in the sales, marketing, structuring and closing loans is imperative in seeing a deal from start to finish.
